• Make sure your device is charged and remove the band (PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR BAND OR CHARGER OR ORIGINAL BOX). THESE ITEMS WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE DEVICE DURING REPAIR AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
• Make a note of your SERIAL NUMBER or IMEI for yourself. This is how we identify your device. It can be found in settings under “General / About” or “inside of the band retaining slot” or "on the SIM Tray"
•TURN OFF YOUR DEVICE 😊 (hold power button…slide to power off)
• Package the device well and include a piece of paper with your Name, Address, Cell Phone Number, Email Address, and passcode (ON THE DEVICE) if there is one. Please include a copy of your receipt if you made an online purchase.
• Mail us your device with the carrier of your choice with tracking (at your expense). Email us your tracking number Sales@ElectechAmarillo.com . Track your package to verify we have received it. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES WE DO NOT RECEIVE
